Policies

I strive to be open with my clients and to give them the best shopping experience possible. I am very up front and a strong communicator. If something comes up in the process of a project or sale, the customer will always be the first to know (after I realize it, of course!)

I am inspired by nature, by myth and folklore and fairy tales, and by my dreams. Many of my art pieces and some of my photo compositions come to me in my dreams. I try to bring excitement and drama to all of my work.

Payment

I accept payment via PayPal, cashier’s checks, and money orders. I do not accept personal checks.

Payment is required within the first 72 hours after a purchase. I do not ship anything until I have received payment. In the case of a money order or cashier’s check, products will not be shipped until the payment has cleared my bank.

If you face a delay in being able to pay or are having difficulty with the checkout process, notify me, and I will be happy to help you out.

Shipping

I ship inexpensively, but I take care to ensure that items are protected from damage. I aim to get things out as quickly as I can once I have received payment. Usually, items ship the following business day, but if I need to order prints, it can take up to a week. I will let you know up front what the time frame is.

I ship using recycled shipping materials. If something you are ordering is a gift, or you would like it shipped in non-recycled packaging, let me know, and I will honor that at no additional cost to you.

Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  If you need a different shipping method, such as Fed Ex, UPS, etc., please contact me before making a purchase.

If you are local to me (within Jefferson County, WV or within the Washington, DC area,) I will deliver items at no charge to an agreed-upon, public location.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or does not hold up as expected, I will happily repair it for you or grant you a refund or exchange.

Contact me and let me know what happened and how you’d like it resolved, and I will be happy to work with you.

Additional policies and FAQs

I take commissions/custom orders. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for me to complete your order. Custom orders are completed in the order in which they are received. If you are “in line,” I will notify you.

The photos in my shop are also available matted and in various sizes. Please contact me with your desired details for any of my photos, so that we can discuss size, price, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery time for prints is longer, because I use an outside printer. If I happen to have the desired size of your print on hand, it will ship the next business day.

You can also buy matted and/or framed prints through my RedBubble shop: http://jlynnpro.redbubble.com. (This is far less expensive than having me custom frame!)
